Payment
Payment is possible via credit card, debit card, PayPal and via bank transfer. If you chose to pay via bank transfer, we will normally await arrival of your payment before shipping your order. If you are a client of our consulting services or an Associate of the Inogen Alliance, we will not await arrival of your payment but ship your order as soon as possible. Furthermore as a client of our consulting services or as an Inogen Associate, please ask us for your discount coupon code before placing your order if you don’t have it already.
Taxes and Customs Duties
8.1 % Value-Added Tax (VAT) are charged on orders with a Swiss delivery address. We do not collect any taxes or customs duties for other countries, however. Thus it is possible that your local authorities or postal services may send you an additional invoice for local taxes or customs duties.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on whether the ordered items are on stock or need to be backordered and on the destination country. If all items of your order are on stock, we will usually send them out within 1 or 2 days of payment receipt (see above under “Payment” for exceptions for our consulting clients and Inogen Associates). If items need to be backordered, we will send them out within 1 or 2 weeks. We usually use Swiss Post Priority or Registered mail services but we reserve the right to use other carriers if we deem them to be advantageous in terms of delivery speed, reliability or cost. The date of receipt can vary strongly from country to country with the efficiency of your local postal services and customs authorities.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost depends on the destination country, on the total amount of your order and on the size and weight of your ordered items. When checking out, the correct delivery cost will automatically be added to your order.
